Informational site only

TCG Pax publishes guides, comparisons, and statistics about trading card game booster products. It is a reference, not a service you transact with. Nothing here is a promise about what any specific pack will contain.

Statistics are estimates — no guaranteed pulls

Pull statistics are estimates based on available data and may vary. Opening packs is random. No pack, box, or sealed product guarantees a specific card unless the product explicitly states it. Stats do not change randomness. A 50% statistical chance does not guarantee a pull. If a number on this site and reality disagree, reality wins; use our corrections page to tell us.

No financial or investment advice

Nothing on TCG Pax is financial, investment, or tax advice. TCG products are collectibles, not investments: prices can fall as easily as they rise, and past sale prices do not predict future ones. Buy cards because you want the cards.

No affiliation with publishers

TCG Pax is an independent site and is not owned by, operated by, or officially endorsed by TCGplayer, Pokémon, Bandai, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Disney, Ravensburger, Lucasfilm, Riot Games, or any TCG publisher.

All card names, set names, trademarks and images belong to their respective owners. TCG Pax is an independent informational and affiliate website.

No marketplace on this site

There is no checkout, cart, or payment on TCG Pax. All transactions occur on third-party sites such as the TCGplayer marketplace, under their own terms and policies. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for pricing, fulfillment, or disputes on third-party sites. Some outbound links are affiliate links — see the affiliate disclosure.

Content accuracy

We work to keep pack, set, card, and odds data accurate, and we document where it comes from on the sources page. Accuracy is best-effort: products get reprinted, rates get revised, and mistakes happen. If you spot one, report it via /corrections and we will review it.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCG Pax is not liable for losses arising from use of the site — including purchase decisions, pack-opening outcomes, or reliance on estimated statistics. Always check official product details and set lists before buying.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Changes appear on this page with an updated “last reviewed” date, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
